Born and raised in Los Angeles, Debbie Winston Litoff grew up in an artistic family, sharing a close relationship with her late father, multiple Oscar-winning special effects artist, Stan Winston, and her mother, Karen, also an artist.

Painting for 19 years, Debbie is a self-taught artist who loves the spiritual aspect of painting. She paints abstracts, using canvas, wood, acrylic, oil, and spray paint. Debbie hopes her work transmits positive energy and evokes feeling and thought through color and design.
